Housing Referral Office
Welcome to Busan! As the Military Family Housing (MFH) representative for the US Navy in Busan, we look forward to working with you. We will continually strive to ensure you receive the highest quality service.
Sailors stationed in Busan acquire housing through our Navy Housing office located in SkyBiz Office Building, located in Haeundae, Busan. Our staff will guide you throught the full process of obtaining housing in Busan, support in the leasing contract negotiation, provide information in regards to living in Korea, voltage differences, submitting Temporary Lodging Allowance (TLA) documentation, etcetera.
To ensure a smooth relocation to Busan, please have these forms filled and ready to send to the Korea Navy Housing email distro:
- Service Member's PCS Orders
- Housing Application Form (DD Form 1746)
- Sex Offender Policy Acknowledgement
- Disclosure Form (CNIC 11103/1)
- Command Sponsorship for Dependents
- Dependency Application Record of Emergency Data (NAVPERS 1070-682)
In the case of Civilian employees working in Busan, please provide:
- TCS Orders (DD Form 1614)
- Letter of Employment
- Transportation Agreement (DD Form 1617)
- Housing Application Form (DD Form 1746)
